Send an inside joke/reference to your meeting. Then see if she’s down to continue the conversation over a low-stakes date. Try and do this all within about 48 hours - gotta strike while the iron is hot. Saying she’s busy is a soft rejection most of the time. Do a light takeaway in non butt hurt language about it and if she’s into you she’ll circle back.

It’s not about text game, it’s about the quality of the approach. A good solid approach that makes her genuinely excited to see you again needs the following:

Brief emotional connection. Doesn’t need to be too deep, but also not too light that she almost doesn’t feel like she can’t relate to a stranger in any way. If the conversation feels friendly but impersonal, she won’t want to see you again Impersonal means small talk topics like “the weather, current affairs, pop culture, hobbies, movies,…”.
