Texting after first date. Right or wrong?

A simple "thanks for a nice night, see you soon ;)" is fine to text the same night as the date after you've parted ways. For any texts between then and the next date make sure they're short (less than 20 words), flirty and fun. And NEVER ask boring questions (How are you? What are you up to? etc), you want them chasing you, not the other way around. Never send more than one text in a row, always wait for a reply.

However, if you don't get a reply text after a few days then send them a cheeky text. One I've used which I got from this very subreddit is something along the lines of "you get an F in texting back, what will you do to make it up to me? ;)".

So far I've received a reply within minutes every time.

Honestly, I really appreciate a text after a date if the guy is interested. Weither it's the same night or the next day, whatever. But I guess it depends on every girl, we're all different.

don't say that. all of what you wanted to say to her should have already been implied if you both had a fun time on the date.

if you are going to text her something, don't relate it to the date you just had. make it forward-looking, not backward-looking. and i'd probably wait until the next day and flirt with her

e.g. text her the next day "i can't wait to see you in your yoga outfit <sunday> ;)" and take it from there. the idea is to build attraction and show her that you are sexual. text with a purpose, not just texting for the sake of texting

if your gonna say anyhting via text after the first date, dont say anything bland/beta
