You have to more assertive than you're comfortable with, and set some sort of urgency or condition that compels her to decide. Women will not decide things easily on their own.

Example: You say: "hey we should hang out sometime." She hears:"I'm indecisive and don't want to lead the interaction".

A better approach: You say: "I'm going to the farmer's market tomrrow at 11am, we should go together."

or "I've got a free hour tomorrow between 4 and 5, let's meet for ice cream at xyz just to say hi."

or "My friends are taking me out for a celebration tonight, but I wanted to at least say hi to you in person first -- free around 6?"

These create the idea that your time is busy, your time is valuable, and that you're chosing to spend some of it with her. That demonstrates value.

If, however, you look like you're "wide open" "free anytime" -- that's potentially loserish and doesn't make you seem like you've got much going on (boring).

Don't make her make decisions other than agreeing to go with you / meet you or not. Make her say "no" rather than giving her a chance to be vague. Her: "yeah, maybe we can meet up soon." You: "Sure, 7 pm works for me."
This forces her to clarify or agree. She may have plans or may say "yea, that works." That's when you say where you will meet.

Important to have a strategy in mind. Know places nearby that you can always transition to. Know what time they open/close. Know what they can offer. Know where a playground with a swingset is. Know where some natural beauty is. As you find out more about her personality, you tailor the activities to her personality so that she'll (a) be having fun, and (b) you'll have more opportunities to use kino, and other techniques to escalate.

The simplest answer is to be honest in your profile, have fun with texting, and do a lot of flirting. There are many free online resources and YouTube videos available. Do a little studying and learn the craft. There are literally step by step ways to move from match to date that work a high percentage of time. Check out "Text god" ,for example, and go from there. No 1 resource has all the answers, so study many.

Know the 4 types of messages and how to reply to each (Silence, Platonic, Positive, Challenge). Silence requires you to inject value (not questions). Platonic requires you to inject emotion (make her feel) . Positive requires you to ask for commitment (plan a date). Challenge requires you to pass it with a platonic message (non-emotional) and without a follow-up shit test of your own.

Your job is to get in the head of the other person. Any picture or profile post put up by any person reveals all sorts of things about them, if you know how to look at it the right way. Study the pictures. Study their profiles. Then, with what you've learned, ask questions that engage that individual. Pay attention to the background!
