I wouldn't get too giddy about # closing. A lot of girls give out their number with no intention of any follow up.

You really shouldn't be sincere until a couple dates down the line. So when you're spitting game, joke around. When you text her, joke around. When you go on the first date, joke around. You want to show her you're funny and fun to be around. Anyone can be sincere, you got to show what you have to offer that sets you apart.

Also, fuck rules. Don't say to yourself "I gotta wait x minutes/hours/days before I contact her". You should not appear needy and timing can be a factor, but it's not a concrete rule, it's subjective.

Lastly, figure out what you want. If you want to get laid then maybe using all the bullshit is the way to go, but if you want a good relationship then be yourself. From start to finish throw everything out the window and simply be yourself because if you make her fall for someone who isn't you you're going to end up in a bad situation.

You are not daygaming her properly. Read through Krauser's blog. The opener you're using is too mundane (ok, so she is "gorgeous" or "adorable" or "cute"...that could be said for any girl). You're probably not reframing the conversation so that by the end she is the one chasing you (she should be talking 70% of the time). The text you use is boring and unremarkable. Try something like "So I met this [something about her] girl who [something you teased her about]. Should I txt her or does she sound crazy?" You won't need to include your name that way, she knows instantly who it is.

Anyway, don't sweat it. Keep it up!

If you're collecting phone numbers and then calling them to arrange dates, you're just telemarketing yourself. If you don't have a "time bridge," a reason for her to remember you and want to get together with you again, you are basically calling up strangers and starting from scratch.

As puaCurveBall says: what's the context? Do you direct approach them? Do you get IOIs? How long do you stay in-set for after you get the number? How long do the interactions last? Do you move the set? Do you lock in? Do you get compliance from them?

Direct game IS the most effective way to meet girls in the day time.

Present yourself as a rememberable and likable fellow. Make sure they want to see you again before you even get their number. Also try setting up a date even when you first meet the person. Say, hey you seem like a girl id enjoy getting to know, I'm going to the x tuesday to meet up with some friends, would you like to join us? Then get her number. Hope this helps

Hopefully you aren't ejecting as soon as you get the numbers. You want your first meeting to be cut short by some commitment you have or made up, then the date is an excuse to continue the connection.

You need a time bridge like was mentioned by previous posters but you also might want to try a different approach with how you text.

The line I now always use is something along the lines of "I just met this cute girl at (insert place here), but I dont know what to say to her, what do you think?" or some variation on that. Its flirty and as an added bonus she will generally tell you what she wants and what shes looking for so it gives you a guide as to how to continue

Perhaps you should think of this as a 100:10:1 ratio, for 100 girls you talk to, you will get about 10 dates, of which about 1 amounts to anything. You can improve on this ratio but realizing this will at least keep your expectations where they should be.

What context is she giving you her number? If she is giving you her number to date, then it wouldn't make any sense for her to reply with "I'm not dating right now".

You need to let her know why you are calling, what is going to happen during and after the call. She should be committing to seeing you, on a sexual / romantic date, before you get the #.

Of course there are exceptions when playing social circle game and more advanced stuff, but for 1on1 daygame, you should be more direct about your intentions and what she should expect.

All the work that goes into getting successful day2's happens before you ever pick up the phone to txt or call.
