You open Instagram and you're noticing all types of chicks, cute ones, hot ones, good with make-up ones, good without makeup ones. And cuz you're on Instagram you're only gonna see 8+ ones.

Your brain looks at those chicks, likes them, you want to introduce yourself to them, you'd like to know them, you would like them in your life. But you can't, cuz they aren't real, they are just a bunch of pixels. So you move on and scroll next reel and next reel and next reel until you find another chick who stirs your hormones crazy again.

Now we repeat this cycle of telling our brain that we can't have the girls we like, reinforcing that idea that we can't have them. Again and again and again. Till our brain learns to suppress that inner animalistic side of ours that make us approach women and tell them how beautiful they are. Cuz we have trained our brain to be viewers, observers but nothing more than that. That's how we go from wild explorers to becoming staring creeps.

Then night comes up and you open your favourite pornography site. Looking at all those hot women that you want to sleep with getting railed by guys that you could never be. Reinforcing that idea in your head everyday that the girls you like love other masculine men. Men you can't be, men who are free in ways you can't be. Forcing you into that shell of insecurities. Forcing you into recieving pleasure from getting cuckolded.

Comparing this with pre 2010s where if you liked someone you could just go up to her respectfully and buy her a drink. Or ask her for dance. Or maybe ask her number. Instead of creepily staring at her and then wanking off to the fantasy of you two together at night.

Internet addiction will push you into this well of insecurities not only you're gonna reinforce the idea that you can't have women that you like. And women that you like will fuck other men. You're also teaching yourself to receive pleasure from this system. Slowly selling away that inner masculine animal of yours into a tameable scared lil boy.

And not just that, I haven't even yet told you about how internet distorts reality for you. When the girls you interact with in internet become more than the girls in your real life, your life starts taking stats from the majority side. But it forgets that the internet will only provide you with extremes. Tell me the last time you actually saw a pregnant teenager in real life? How common it is? Or when was the last time your gf cheated on you with a richer guy? Tell me how common it is? I'm not saying these things don't happen. Ofc they happen. But compare them to other irl couples in your life and you'll quickly understand how less frequently these things happen compared to what internet will make you belief.
