Love this. Last few times I kicked a girl out or she was leaving on her own accord I just stayed calm and didn't look back. Didn't text. Didn't call. Immediate facebook deletion and block.

That is when you can test your emotional strength the best I would think, at least when it comes to relationship stuff.

I like the music that goes with it lol.

A great read. Literally read it with my ex in my periphs less than 20 feet away (we work together) :P

This would have been more helpful to read last year when she crushed my heart, although I might have just ignored the advice.
