Usually FZ results from being to beta/non dominant and not conveying your intentions clearly enough. I believe the sidebar has some FZ killer tactics, but you should know it is a pretty hard place to get out of most of the time.

If you actually want them as a friend, then move forward there. There is a multitude of approaches depending on what you want and how you ended up there.

If you developed good rapport and comfort, but not enough attraction - keep them as a friend. You can access their social circle, and if they like you platonically they may even try to set you up.
Having a couple truly close female friends is awesome. I have one who is a no bullshit filter to the female world, and she is incredibly smart.
If they are not in your social circle, you do not see a normal friendship, and they FZ you - leave it at that and move on.

Yes. Figure out where you went wrong, and do things a little differently with the next girl.

Maybe if you post a couple of FR's, it might be obvious where you could improve.

-stay friends, espescially if there not in your social circle

-get to know there social circles/ arrange to meet up with her and her friends on a night out or something

-instant opportunity with a +3/4 set, and they know you're a 'legit' friend - Also if you're sarging with a group of girls, you've gone up atleast 1.5 points on your scale!

-if it doesn't happen you've made some new friends

For me personally it would be painful to hang around a girl who's rejected me for sex. So i generally say exactly that, delete her number and move on.
