Yesterday, at 1600 hrs I boarded the metro. I was having a good day, and in a good mood, because. I had 2 rounds of interviews at a preferred company. I was literally dancing, good music in my ear, and a good book in my hand.

As the metro reached the next station, doors opened. An eye contact happened, longer than usual among co-travellers. She was not the most beautiful girl, but was so elegant and effortless, and sexually appealing, the waist from her crop top, I won’t lie, I was flat right there. She came and stood next to me. Both were wearing wired headphones, she removed one, and glanced at me.

A couple of stations passed, other disembarking passengers pushed us, once we bumped into each other. I was thinking of saying hi in the the middle of journey. But couldn’t as some creeps were breathing over our throats.

Comes the next station, she disembarked too. I took it as a God’s way of saying go talk to her, and went. I waved at her, and said, “Hi!” You looked so elegant and so effortless while traveling, I just wanted to come and say HI. She Blushed, and said thankyou! So sweet of you, and that’s it. My ass fumbled, I uttered something in gibberish, I couldn’t even recall. And I got way too embarrassed to continue, and I just walked away!!!!

Context: I always stand near the door due to the ease of disembarking. I am 6’1, decent build, the only thing I think I lack is a confident face. I received multiple feedbacks from friends and family, I have a permanent FUCK OFF! Written on my face. So I am weak in that area too of not having a confident stance.
