This is a start, but plenty of people have limiting beliefs and don't have the requisite framework to interpret what they are seeing in others, and therefore won't benefit as much without the mental reframing given in books and whatnot (of course instructional videos focusing on frameworks can fulfill this as well).

Without knowledge there is no foundation to learn a new skill set and without training you'll never master an art. Which is why you need both. Whether it's martial arts or the art of seduction or anything else.

To me, in person is #1. And good books are #2.

I'm wary of videos because a lot of it can faked one way or the other because they are promos for businesses. Also, some companies are good at products like videos but it doesn't mean they are actually good at coaching.

A lot of getting better is increasing your social intelligence. Social and emotional intelligences are both important but are quite different.

The good PUA's have it half right when they tell you to stop reading about game and get out into the field. --- there is a caveat because you might have poor emotional intelligence and women won't teach you masculine EQ.

The REAL way is to go out in the field, and have a guy who is very good with women to watch. It would be even better to have him as a roomate and see him up close.

Watching other guys do infield videos is good too
