Pay attention in class, but write a note and pass it to them for some cute funny flirting. Engage BOTH of them of course, if you pick one right now, the other will sabotage the situation. After class say, "hey do you two want to study for the next exam with me?" Or, "hey do you two want to work on the assignment with me?" When they say yes, you get both numbers. Can I get some context here? For how long have you known these girls? If you've known them for at least 2 weeks, their initial interest in you is quickly going to fade.

If you haven't known them for very long, try to make eye contact with them during class. Once you have the eye contact established, try to provoke a reaction from them, usually by giving them a slight smile. After that, you need to avoid looking at them for a little bit (I would recommend not making eye contact with them for at least 10 minutes). This shows them that you're not a desperate creep that just looks at a girl the entire time.
Once class is over, try to initiate a conversation with them. I wouldn't recommend saying something like "Listen, I think that you're incredibly cute", but I'd rather say something "Hey listen, what's your name?". It's extremely important that you maintain eye contact (shows confidence), and that you give them a handshake when you introduce yourself (it shows that you're not afraid to touch a girl).

Of course, I'm making this seem more complicated than it actually is, so here's a quick summary.
