If your anxiety is that massive - boot camps are usually a bad deal because even if they get you out - that support system isn't there when you leave.

So far you've been unsuccessful but it's not impossible. It's not like you live a life of a shut in. You talk to girls - you just aren't doing the "game" thing of hitting on random ones.

Your approach anxiety may even be on the normal scale.

I've seen numerous posts from people with massive anxiety that said they escalated slowly. Did a week of smiling at women. Then said good afternoon as they passed them by. Then ask them for the time.

Do small steps where your goal isn't to get any reaction - it's to do an action yourself. The only thing to judge is whether or not you did the action - be it smile at 10 women - or say good morning.

Invest that money! I recommend R/robinhood but get that money in this bull market. Compound interest is a serious aphrodisiac.

I think you should work on yourself. Period. No substitute for true confidence. Some AA will still be there, but you'll find yourself approaching... ANYONE regardless. Your call, of course.

Maybe you should try a personal coach instead? You'll get the one on one experience and it'll cost a lot less. Here are a few options. Good luck!
