Maybe you should be more blunt. And convey non-neediness at the same time.

In a tone that strongly implies (1) you mean a rock hard dick, and (2) you really don't give a damn what she thinks or what her friends think.

Find an appropriate frame and stick to it. Such as: "You're cute, I know you're into me, and I'm just the kind of guy you've been hoping would ravish you."

If she resists your frame, stick to it even harder. "It's cute that you're shy like this, come here and kiss me, I'll keep my hands in pockets and show you what a gentleman I am."
