PUA Marketing 101: Liberal use of buzz words such as "hack", "powerful", and "amazing".

All that aside, there was some actual decent content in the video though. Day 3 doesn't make sense to me however; sounds oversimplified.

It has nothing to do with changing your confidence or self-esteem.

I think this is a great idea and I'm gonna try this... It sucks that some people don't see how much something like this impacts them and won't even try it
