Hey there OP, i'm coming here from r/seduction by request. Let's get started there is a lot to digest here....

We have been on 10ish dates since October 2018

10 dates, no physical contact, no intimacy? Have you tried to escalate a bit, touch, kissing anything? By any chance are you also paying for these dates. Going to guess the majority of these involve going out to eat. Just by the number of dates with no progression it's obvious that she is using you for attention or a free meal, probably both.

I come back to the table and she's gone.

So not only did she bail mid-date with you she bailed and went on a date with another guy down the road and texted you after? If this is a real post OP that was incredibly disrespectful.

I just hang around and they continue to dance together until the music stops at 2 a.m.

Hate to be harsh OP, but you are absolutely insecure with yourself. You let this person disrespect you repeatedly yet you keep showing up to her doorstep to offer her flowers and attention like some lost puppy. This relationship with her cannot be salvaged, drop her entirely, delete her number and move on to other women. In the mean time you need to work on yourself and your insecurities. Over in r/seduction we call that "inner game" you need to take a step back and evaluate who you are as a person, as a lover and what you need to work on in your personal life. Because right now you are being used, and you seem far to used to it.
