Of course it's a date. Don't overthink it.
Meet her, show her you can be socially calibrated, then wrap things up with a kiss, or go back to your place if it feels right.
That's the expectation on a tinder date. If you don't escalate to sex, then she will be disappointed and likely lose your number.

It's a date... whatever a girl writes is irrelevant. She's a single girl. Hence, she is looking for dick. Whether she's looking for friends, tour guide or whatever to turn into boyfriend or fuck buddy is not your concern. Take her out, have fun and make your move. She rejects, persist a couple of more times until you break through or receive a hard no. It's always better to try to escalate than not try. I'll take an awkward escalation over not trying any day of the week. She will appreciate it too, even if she resists. She will still appreciate the effort. Some girls don't fuck but blow you. It's all good, just try to move things forward.

yeah i do the 10 messages or less now to. I rather get the info i want in person and its more a convo started then trying to get to know them over text then its gets harder to talk about shit in person. They swiped guys match say hey hi and would like to get to know each other more in person over a drink or coffee then you move from there. If they dont do that then there just matching to boost there confidence and wasting your time. Match is pretty much okay lets meet in person and see how the vibe goes. Older i got the more i learned this since older u get less time u can just talk all day.

Get it into conversation that it's a date?
Depending on how you're going to play it, if you're looking to display some 'vulnerability', you could go for something along the lines of "Well, this will be my first date arranged online, so I'm a bit nervous!"
(Though; as per above - it's Tinder. She should be expecting it to be a date, even if just looking for something less.)
