This friday I set up a group outing with three friends. I am meeting at a bar with with friends, lets call them Larry, Maggie and Lizzy. I am good friends with all three and it is mine and Lizzy's intention to set Larry and Maggie up. All four of us know what is going on so there isn't technically a blind date but we are just going to try to create a relaxed social environment and see if anything comes of it. Both Larry and Maggie are interested in meeting each other but are both a little shy around the opposite sex.

I am curious if you all had any tips on how to help them out while keeping it relaxed and not awkward. How often should Lizzy and I leave them alone?
Any tips would help!
