Don’t be that dude that just starts grabbing girls from behind. I know a guy who does that and people quickly realize he’s a creep. I don’t know much about clubs but what I generally follow in college frat parties should somewhat apply (most of this stuff I learned from here on Reddit). First just work on talking to girls. I’m pretty introverted so I stand around the edges of the dance floor until I’ve had a few drinks and take the time to pick out girls that catch my eye. After a little while I wait until one leaves the center of the dance floor to get drinks or something and complement her on something like her shoes or her outfit. Talking to girls in the middle of the dance floor is hard especially when the music is loud. I Introduce myself. Follow up with a question like where are you from. When that dies out compliment her on her hair or eyes, whatever you find her attractive (just don’t talk about her boobs or ass). I ask silly questions like “what’s your favorite dinosaur” and turn it into a story. If she’s going along with it and showing positive signs I’ll say something like “come on let’s dance” and see where that goes.

Since it’s your first time I suggest going with a friend. I always go out with my roommate and his gf which is kinda helpful cause they know if I came out with a female friend they know I’m not some total creep/weirdo. She will also step in sometimes and talk to a girl’s friends. If a girl’s friends are more comfortable with you they’re less likely to cockblock you.

Remember it’s a club so if you fuck up they’ll probably forget about it ten seconds later. Just relax and have a good time. Good luck

One thing guys forget on this sub a lot is to Have Fun! Especially when night gaming. Enjoy yourself, and others will enjoy being around you.

Personally I prefer going out with friends. I have no problem separating from them. If I get rejected on the dance floor I can just go back to them and don’t have to just stand there awkwardly. Almost every girl at a club is going out with her friends so I find it helps to show up with your too. What ever works for you man. Just remember to have a good time. It’s better to go to out and have a good time and not get with any girls than spend the whole night fixated on bringing someone home
