Little bit of background here. My ex girlfriend in coming back from travelling (the main reason we broke up) in a week and I really want to get together to see if we can give it another go. She's been away for a few years but we usually get together and have sex when she's back visiting family. She got back in touch a few weeks ago and we've been chatting fairly regularly - she's been pretty forward about hooking up next weekend, however, a couple of days ago I sent a slight neg and she's not replied since. Wondering what the best thing to do would be? Do I wait it out or send a double text? I was thinking about sending a message along the lines of, "Next weekends looking a bit busy. Fancy meeting up on X day?".

I really like this girl so I don't want to mess it up by being too needy.

Any help would be great.
