It's a calibration thing.

If you want to keep things purely sexual and you can tell she's no stranger to that sort of thing, you can literally just tell her that you want to fuck the hell out of her.

If you're going with a casual dating vibe, tone it down slightly and mention something about her personality. "We seem to get along pretty well and you have a great ass."

If you'd actually consider her as a girlfriend, use a polite physical compliment and demonstrate that you've been paying attention to specific aspects of her personality. "You're attractive and I like the way you _______."

The fact that she asks those kind of questions means you aren't being clear in your intent early on. Read the book, Mode One. Also, read up on Statement of Intent(s) (SOIs) from Wayne Elise/Juggler.

If you were already clear in your intent and have already been sexually escalating (verbally or physically), she knows why you want her to come over, but you don't have to say "sex." We use plausible deniability to get women to come over (google it if necessary).
