I never ask if she is single, i just flirt and escalate. If she has a boyfriend she will let me know, or stop me, without me having to ask her about her boyfriend

Not really
As long as you don't say it in an uncalibrated way.
Walk up too a girl and tell her you want to fuck her and it's not gonna end well unless you are 10/10 in looks
But tell her she's cute and stuff is fine.
It's about being socially calibrated. But direct is fine. So is indirect. It doesn't really matter. She's either into you or she's not

Define uncalibrated way of asking if a woman is single

i can't really think of one. Asking if she is single is not uncalibrated. It's fine. I was just saying there are uncalibrated ways of being direct of course (that's what you initially asked)

I dont think that’s too direct at all. How else would you find out.

I agree

What do you expect she will say if you ask her she is single? Do you really think any reasonably attractive woman will admit she is single? To them that's more shameful than having genital herpes. Being direct is saying "Hi, I like you, I find you attractive and I want to get to know you".

Will try that next time

Just flirt, do you need to know about it? Is it a situation where it would matter? Answer is almost always no.

Don't ever ask a girl that unless you're only looking for a serious LTR.
You'll lose a ton of girls you could've met if you didn't ask.

Can you explain further please
[–]TheSunshineMan 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Because maybe she saw one guy on a date two weeks ago, that she kinda sorta likes, then if you ask her that she may think...
Hmmm I don't know if I am or not.. I did see that guy two weeks ago, maybe we're seeing each other, maybe not..
Maybe I'll just tell this guy (YOU) that I'm seeing someone..
Then if you're new to women like it seems you are, it's game over.
VS
Not asking, if it's something serious with the other guy she'll tell you.

True, never thought of it like that bro

Yeah no worries, most guys think that details don't matter.
Details are everything.
Every little thing matters.
It either helps you or hurts you.
