There's no easy solution here, man. I totally get exactly what you mean, and I think most people can identify with having confidence and competency in one area but not feeling the same in others. I personally take massive pride in my public speaking skills, so I actually feel way more comfortable on a stage talking to a hundred people than I do at a bar talking to one girl.

There are two things you can do to utilize this to the maximum though. First, do not let up on your success and effort in the fields you are most "alpha" in, having that sense of awesomeness and fervor for areas of your life will totally spill over to improve your mood throughout the week. Second, take a good analytic look at HOW you got to the point you are when it comes to work and school. Go research the concept of a "flow state" (which is, essentially, what it is to be in a perfect "alpha mode" while talking to people,) and figure out what puts you in that state when you do things you are more comfortable with. You still have to put in the work to learn game, but it'll give you a leg up to get to the next level.

Yeah, it's called go the fuck out. Regularly. Like multiple times every week. You'll desensitize yourself to it, and your "alpha"-ness will emerge.
