What did you tell her when you changed phone numbers? That's a good place to tell her what you want: "You're nice. I'd like to meet you again and have a beer." or "I like you. Are you single? Can I have your number?"

Usually when you ask her number it means that you're up to something. If she gave it to you then it means you're doing quite well.

I don't believe in asking girls straight if they want to fuck you. I've fucked women who have told me that they don't want to do one night stands or they don't usually fuck on the first date or whatever. I've just told them "yeah we are just chilling and whatever, nothing serious, you don't have to do anything you don't want" and continued warming them up slowly.

Even if they want to fuck you they will not admit it easily. It gives off a slutty vibe.

As far as I know girls, the Ph.D. kind of persons don't do drunk one night stands usually. But they are people too and they can have dirty fantasies, too. You just got to screen her for those signs, flirt with her and see how she reacts.
