Being better than others will always require you to do what others are too afraid to do. If we are afraid to be different from others and follow what they do, we'll always be like them at best

A lot of people shy away when situations get uncomfortable. But the people who confront the discomfort are the only ones who will ever rise above being average. Rising to the top is a one man show... No one will drag you to the top, only you can make that happen. So remember the next time when things get uncomfortable, do not shy away.
