Hi all!, Keeping it brief because I'm at work.

I've noticed that a lot of the advice here is regional based. People from countries with more sun (My theory) are alot more open to talking with strangers. I feel alot of the population around me avoid people from outside their group even during Social events/Pubs on weekends. ( I never go clubbing, So this may be a point)

With people that I know, I know I'm charming and see attention and attraction. But how I do I break the inital barrier with strangers who have had it imprinted to them that they should be extra conservative?
