Without adding much, a compliment:
It is good that you are aware of your desired outcomes, and are taking steps towards resolving issues. Keep going! :)

I recommend you read "No More Mr Nice Guy" by Robert Glover, "Models" by Mark Manson, and "The Subtle art of not giving a fuck" by Mark Manson.

Cool man, looks like you're on the right track.
I know therapy might be overdone for you at this point, but it still could help to talk to some people you can trust about this sort of thing. Whether it's a close friend or something like that. Good luck

Maybe you can start off by initiating talking to people at your workplace or dance place especially the ladies; it helps to take baby steps to learn to interact and communicate with the opposite sex. Just talk, anything and also learn to listen and observe. Get yourself to be acclimated to the fact there is nothing approaching the girls and talking to them. You are not a creep for doing that but its best you know some dos and donts as well, like obviously don’t touch their breast first or asking weird questions like bra size. Lol From there see what you need to improve and how. You said your tongue is tied? You took more than 3 sec to approach? Your mind went blank after awhile? Improve on it. If you are comfortable then start approaching random people or woman on the street. Once you are comfortable approaching then you can try to attract, I will leave that to the experts.
All the best man hopefully you have the life you want.

Well thats good you know you can be an interviewer and you know that its not good always, they want fun not being interviewed. So its best if let say she saying something about her life outside work or dance, give her a statement, compliments, jokes, opinions anything. Then maybe ask questions afterwards.
Haha Im sorry that was an example i can think off that happen back in school; that guy got in trouble for asking girls about bra size. Well if let say after many tries you still feel guilty and bad for trying to attract, be physical, you should seek help.
Where to approach girls or women varies, for example some people say when a girl is talking on the phone you should not approach but some people say why not. A blog i read recounted how guys who pulled off picking up females in buses were either creepy or smooth as silk. So if you ask me, its up to you.
But for me, I will just say hi to anyone walking, best if approach from the front, but you can still approach the side or back if you want. Just say hi and if you can strike a conversation.
If you are still uncomfortable approaching people who are on the move, parks are good, so as bus stops, cafes, bookstores, even shopping at a clothing store or a supermarket. Most likely you can find someone who is not in a rush.

You said you have sexual shame and I wonder if like you think that girls don’t want sex or something lol. I think it’s important to realize that girls are just as horny as guys. I also think you should try meditating and like learning to live in the moment because it honestly seems like you’re an over thinker

Whoa dude, heavy stuff. Thanks for sharing your story with us. From an outsiders perspective, you seem to have your shit on fleek, you seem well-rounded, cultured, and successful. The rest of the stuff you can work on!
Salsa is cool and all, but are you having any success approaching and having women open up to you? Is it worth it? I dunno, maybe, you said you'll be doing bachata! Do something that makes you feel like a MAN and you do it because it makes you feel good.
I like museums. You pick the Exhibition. I'm in LA, so always something cool to check out. Get on a tour, you might get lucky with a pair of cuties. Chat em up. Chin up. eye contact. warm smile. always shake hands!
Lastly.... put a little muscle on you, do something you like, for exercise. Sweating and opening your pores cleans out all toxins. If you do it consistently, you'll naturally smell better ;)
Bonus: Breathe.... recollect yourself when the mind is foggy. Give it your very best, every day, so when you go to sleep at night, you don't give yourself a hard time.

1st off, good for you for taking on the challenge of making a lot of improvements.
What city are you in?
I ask as most cities have a lot of not for profit organizations you can volunteer for. Early in my career I got involved in many, met people who have become lifelong friends, male and female. Learned new skills, even ended up in leadership roles, since this is anonymous, one of the friendships I built in a leadership role is likely to make me a multimillionaire next year (realistically I'm already there, but the business has to sell before I'll really feel like it).
So, find some things you are passionate about and find a not for profit working in that area, get involved, FYI, women volunteer way more than men! Once you find one, get yourself into a leadership role. I was very shy when I was younger but found as a leader it was my job to approach people and make them feel welcome, so, helped me overcome the shyness.
As someone else mentioned, find a gym. I'd say find something instructor led and group based, like crossfit or HIIT training. You'll meet tons of people and increase your fitness a lot.
