When I go about my life, I prefer to focus in front of me and let people's faces blur and look past them. I like the way this feels because I feel centred, focused, and in my own reality.

While I was looking for my friend today at uni, I noticed how much of a retard I felt when I was looking around at people, unwillingly and automatically value scanning them.

I'm really bothered by this because I feel like there's a lot of more important things to occupy my mind with than a thousand other people's facial expressions and current doings.

Not sure if I'm just weird since I've never seen this talked about at all. Anyone get me?
