Back off. This is the time for aloof, laconic, game, rather than trying to spend more time with her and "power through". You can't power through. Spending more time with her, when she doesn't recognize your value, isn't going to make her more attracted. Let her see what life is like without you in it for a few days. Presumably it's better when you're around, and she'll see that.

Flirt with other girls. Call her in a week and see if she's straightened up a bit. If not, take another week off. If that doesn't do it, next!

She genuinely likes you, and doesn't want to fuck this up by making you a rebound.

How so? If her behaviour is inconsistant with someone who genuinely likes you then she just wants sex.

In either case, you should probably avoid getting attached by dating other people. Whether you choose to sleep with her while doing so is up to you. FWIW I'd wager your dates go better when you're not horny ;)
