Honestly? Watch some interviews with big movie stars. They usually have that body language under control. Craig Ferguson has some great talks with the most beautiful women. Watch how laid-back he is, sometimes he comes close and sometimes he just sits back.

Search here. There are a few good books on the topic. You should either find something recommended in seddit or amazon. I can´t recall any titles though..
