It's been several years since I've read them, so no specific bits of advice are sticking out. But, there still is one very important lesson I've taken away from it:

The Field Is King

Greene's books aren't based on pure theory crafting. He looks to real life examples and draws lessons from them. I think that's the most important thing to take away from the book. All of your theories must start with real life experience. Want better theories? Get more experience.

1) Refine your latent seductive qualities in your character 2) Think before you speak, tailor your words to the individual or group 3) Discard the fear of disapproval, move past the need of approval 4) Adapt your "spirit" into the people you want to build rapport with 5) Manage your expectations between short-term or long-term seductions 6) Mediocrity/familiarity kills the potential of seduction, allow people to have room to fantasize about you 7) Root out"anti-seductive" tendencies that you can manage while use them as tools to get rid of unpleasant people
