What do people actually do/talk about in long term relationships? How do you actually stay together without getting somewhat bored to an extent?

taking trips, date nights, out of the ordinary sex, movies ect. i always had this fear too that a relationship would be boring until i was in one that wasn’t ever boring. there’s tons of stuff you can do to make it fresh and exciting. routines are good but breaking them with excitement is also good as well.

Shopping lists and things to do on the weekend. She will talk shit about other girls she works with, or tell you what her friends are up to. You will talk about niche interests like crypto, weight training, history. Neither of you really interested in what the other is saying. Yeah if sucks after a few years in my experience

Hmm I'm in a long distance relationship, this happens all the time, in fact we are going through it. The one thing i do is i try to find videos, stories online and tell him about it in video calls or i just straight show my boobs to please him
