So what do you do when get rejected in public transport? Especially in those places where you can't easily change seats and are forced to awkwardly seat near the person who rejected you for a long time.

Today I've got rejected by a girl (Hey, leave me alone!), but fortunately I was going home after a lot of approaches with great internal state and was sitting smiling and glancing at her from time to time.

Other times it may be more awkward. Once a girl didn't respond to me at all just moved to another place, it was a very unpleasant trip.

The best way I found is to approach other girls if any are present, once I got rejected (I just don't want to talk with you...) I instantly turned to other (fattier) girls and started talking with them, one of them was playing a game on her phone so it was an easy topic. After some time I observed that the first girl who rejected me was glancing at me with some interest.

So what are your ideas on how to reduce the awkwardness in these situations?
