High Energy = RSDTyler/Russel Brand type. Constantly talking with a carefree energy and being charismatic by their explosive personalities. They can talk forever and seem constantly enthused.
Low Energy = RSDTodd (Todd Valentine)/Roosh V. They speak slowly and calmly, and only talk with whatever's necessary to say. They come off as giving as little attention as possible, and are charismatic by their lack of investment. Their baseline is much lower than a high energy person, but they manage to stay there just as well.

Mind you, these are the extremes on either side and most should fall somewhere inbetween. When you go past the extremes of either side is when you start to fail in social interactions. Too high energy and you clown around and seem crazy, without coming off as a real person with charisma. Too low energy and you're the socially awkward silent type that no one wants to talk to. Generally people will fluctuate between low and high energy depending on the mood and setting (library vs. nightclub).

What they actually mean when discussing pickup is just the difference between being light and fun, with a loud personality, or being laid back and calm, and not seeming invested. They're less goals to chase and more descriptors, since they are a side product of your personality, not something you really seek to directly change. If you're laid back, play to that strength. If you're high energy, play to that strength.

High energy doesn't mean bouncing off of the walls. It means being interesting and engaging. High energy means other people want to be around you because you improve their attitude and night with your own.

Low energy isn't just a calm quiet person. A low energy person is someone that is boring and a drag. A low energy person answers in monosyllabic responses or close ended answers. They are morose or rude or whatever. But people don't want to be around them because they're a downer
