How long did you date them?
How long have you known them?

In any case, you probably need to build up your observation skills and active listening abilities. Because you almost certainly already have enough information to answer this question. At least, she's already made it available to you. You just weren't paying attention. We certainly don't have this information. We can perhaps guess at it, with enough context.
