I'd just start up another conversation and if she's replying then quickly ask her out again. Don't drag it out. Have a date and a spot or ideas ready to go. Tell her straight up that you liked spending time with her and want to take her out again. When you see her give her a proper two armed hug and hold her close, that can help get physical touch to be more comfortable.

don't. life isn't like the movies. You don't "tell" a girl you like her. You act like a fucking badass and then she tells you she likes you.

We went out on one "date" in quotes because I never got physical with her so we kinda just hungout for 4 hours.

I could never get her completely off my mind so I wanna tell her I like her or at least I want to ask her out again but make it clear it's a date.

Eh you kind of ruined it already. If you don't make it clear you want to be romantic from the start its kind of weird to shift gears later. Plan something fun for yourself and invite her along. If she doesn't come, she doesn't like you.

Keep texting her. When she replies quickly at one time, just say some thing like "hey (name), I'm planning to (insert activity here) sometime, would you have any time to come along?"

Also, you can always try phone calls once in a while to become familiar with her. If she doesn't object to a phone call, then she might be a little bit interested in you at least.

If she's always really busy, try as hard as you can to see what times she's free( this might just vary from you texting her at different points in the day and seeing when she responds quickly, or just straight out saying "hey, when are you usually free to talk"). Maybe You can text her in the morning before she goes to work, or in the evening when she comes home, and keep the texting more consistent.

I found this idea interesting. Havent had a scenario where i could use it yet, but i think it could work with your situation. You have nothing to lose at least.

You've already invested too much into her without sleeping with her and, as such, if you haven't already ruined your chances, you most probably will even if she gave you another opportunity.

Don't worry, you'll stop doing this as you date more women. Line up more dates and learn from your mistakes. Escalate!

I'd say communicate via text that "I find you physically attractive, the fact that I find you physically attractive is a big part of my motivation for suggesting meeting up soon...Also we should meet up soon."

Don't be that blunt and boring about it... but that should come across via your texts.
