Hey folks, just talked to wrlsjoe on his thread about building game while in a relationship, and his conclusion was that he wanted to build his charisma without sexually escalating.
This got me thinking: what makes us charismatic? This has certainly been one of qualities i want to have the most. In short, I think charisma stems partially from one towering over others in one way or another.
However, to apply this fairly enigmatic characteristic to everyday game without taking the time to meditate for a couple of years seems fairly difficult. I have thought about this for a while, and I've found that when I'm 'being charismatic' it usually goes hand in hand with me speaking about something I'm very, very passionate about (which, I know is also very seductive in general.) I think there may be potential gold here, especially for those of us who already created a strong identity for themselves.
What are your thoughts on charisma? Is it merely a final extension to having tight inner game? Is it something bigger? Is it something that can be achieved acutely, or can it only be taken seriously as a long-term, chronic character trait?
Sorry for loading all this slightly metaphysical shit on you, bros, but I find this very, very intriguing. Hope the tip helps some people out there, too.
Cheers,
Wolf
