Honestly man just bring her wherever you want to go. The park is fine if it's what you want to do. Also, the objective of your date, in my opinion, should be you figuring out if she actually has what you want. Be the one testing her. If it goes well, you can chose to kiss her. If you don't think she has what you want, let her know and move on. You can chose to bring her to your apartment if you wish. Oh yeah and don't forget the main objective of the, just have fun! Go for the lay. Amp up the flirting and push/pull but don't forget to build up some comfort at the beginning with getting to know you questions/games. But be sure to make it clear that your ultimate goal is sex, or you'll get friend zoned. Just make sure you are trying to touch her as well, just start small and work your way up to stuff like holding her hand, touching her leg, the small of her back, the stuff that turns women on and makes them feel like you're a confident guy.

As for bringing her back to your apartment, just buy a bottle of wine or something beforehand and before you leave the bar, tell her you wanna have another drink at your place and just assume she's coming. I personally usually use my dog as an excuse because usually I actually have to go home to take him out.
