Wrong move. Girls don’t feel comfortable being the ones to take the initiative, it’s part of their social conditionings They feel easy if they do that even if they are interested in you. It’s you therefore who has to take their number and take the initiative if you want a higher chance of success.

You should start being the one taking their numbers, and leading the conversation. Everything you said here sounds like you are in a weak position, not knowing who the hell is calling, and that’s assuming they wanna call.

Men have to take the initiative because i’m the first phase of seduction they are the ones who have to make things happen sexually. Once you have had sex, then the roles witch and girls are the ones who have to make it work.

There is absolutely no reason to give your number to the girl and have her call you. You will miss out on A LOT of girls that way. You're basically telling the girl to take the masculine role and move things forward. You'll miss out on bare minimum half of your potential lays doing this.
