Me(M28) and a coworker (F26) went out with all the other workers for a fun night, after witch me and my coworker where left alone at here place, where nothing happened and we just chilled. During this night I told that she was kind of testing the ground, not sending me signs, but trying to see how I would react.

A couple of day later she asked me if I wanted to get a drink after work, and I accepted. We got a couple of drinks and then went to here place. Here she seemed a bit more distant than when we were out at the bars, at the bar she was looking for physical contact, she was coming close to me, and I think I did respond accordingly. As soon as we got home it looked like she was standoffish, I try to get physical contact but she wasn’t replying to it.

What went wrong? Should I have been more direct with her? What should I do next?
