"I didn't realize we were going to hang out on Valentine's. Looks like you're my Valentine."

Plus, if she seems enthusiastic about that coincidence-- BOOM -- more information for you to gauge her interest.

I have a somewhat similar situation. I asked a girl out (fuck yeah seddit) and when we were choosing a today when both of us are free she chose Thursday.

Only later did I realize that happens to fall right on Valentine's day. Since it's a first date though, I don't really plan on doing anything special in addition to getting coffee + ice cream.
