Whoa, analytical much...

She's agrees in the club when she's been drinking. Turns out she's busy, so she says, "I'm busy that night sorry."

You reply with a standard, "ok cool."

She asks you to invite her again.

I don't see where you did anything. And even if she had blown you off for serious, actually, you still can't assume that you did anything. What if she's in a relationship? What happens if she's not into you? What happens if she's flying out of the city next week and doesn't want to get involved with a guy?

Get out of your head and stop worrying about it. Give a day or two and text her, "So I made the effort last time, where are you taking me on our hot date?"
