Like she said, she doesn´t know you, but gave her number to you because she probably felt pressured to do so, or just flattered. The there might have been happening many things between you meeting her and texting her, she might have thought about it, talked to her friends who told her not to answer to you etc.
Basically, you didn´t spark her interest, she has no reason that she wants to meet you, next time give her a reason and she will answer.

It's not even that. You got the number too quickly and didn't develop any rapport. Most girls won't reply after that unless you're celebrity-level hot.
Don't worry, it happens. This is why I prefer meeting girls at house parties. I can talk with them and get to know them before getting their number.
