ok, I think someone might say that I complain too bit. However, reaction I get from girls is always passive. I managed to score numbers couple of times but girls flaked out after initial chat. It literally went from them responding to my texts of how is day going to no response for no-reason.

I am in "Bay area" arguably tough place for men to find women for dates.

I feel like I am competing against good looking men ( both white and non-white race ..... sorry no offence and apology if this is not correct way to say it )

I go to bars and clubs occasionally but again I get no reaction. May be I am little afraid to approach in bars/clubs.

I know I am not best looking guy out there ( may 4 /10 ? ). I am an introvert too.

What activities can I do to attract women and score dates ? where to meet women ( which may turn in relationship rather than playing texting game ) honestly ? Coffee shops , bookstores seem okay but there is always feeling stranger. I got one number from coffee shop but girl never responded back.

I personally give zero fuck about religion and other stuff. I am very progressive in terms of views.

Given how things stand ( Indian, Bald ) and in tough territory any tips to score dates are highly appreciated.
