There's a pretty clear line. It's OK to be clumsy, perhaps even offend her. It's not OK to keep doing what you're doing, after she tells you to stop.

Women are well-practiced in deflecting clumsy approaches. She will get over it. But if you aren't bold enough when she wants you to be bold, she will never forgive you.

When you're continuing after she looks uncomfortable.

When she tells you to stop or tries to end the interaction in a definitive way and you don't stop. Or if she runs away and you chase her.

Escalate until rejection or you disqualify her. It's never harassment to clearly communicate your desire.

Also, your intention should mitigate creepiness. Your intention is to express yourself, not to get her # or sleep with her. If you have outcome independence, you aren't creepy.
