You don't know for certain that she's lost interest in you. Give her the benefit of the doubt. Wait a day or two and try setting up another date with her. But if she turns you down again and doesn't suggest an alternate date, you should probably just let her go.

This is why I hate texting. If I'm making plans with anyone who is isn't a close friend I sure as hell am calling them. It makes the commitment solid, and it's easier to read people on the phone.

Text her in two days saying that you are going to call her in ten minutes. Then call her in fifteen.
