Cafes, hookah lounges, kinda cringe but try a dating app, make sure to take good photos. This one is a wild card, but a strip club, very rarely this works, I really don't recommend it tho.

That's a generic question. In theory the right answer is everywhere. Just go out. Another standard tip would be to try to get some new hobbies that are potentially interesting for women as well.

You also could name the city where are you from and then redditors that are from the same city might help you.
