You are a slave of social conditioning.

You have been learning from society your whole life that being interested in sex is bad, that talking to women you don’t know is wrong, and that’s why you feel like that.

So that’s why you feel like that, on the contrary someone who has grown up with other type of role models isn’t a victim of that kind of social conditioning, as they have learn that being interested just sex is fine and that talking to girls is expected and normal.

So it depends on your upbringing. Your upbringing was more conservative and puritan and as such you learned all the wrong lessons that are now affecting you.

And since you have learned also to seek other people’s approval, then you even feel self conscious if you try to break those “norms” you have learned.

Whereas the other guys, just don’t give a fuck if other people look bad on them because they have learnt to be rebellious.

I feel like it’s going to get me in to trouble. Like I am a pervert or a creep. . Whenever I tried it the women looks at me like “What are you doing?’ and the people around look at you like you are not supposed to be doing that.

The answer to your question is in your first sentence. In life in general, you will largely receive the treatment of what you actually believe about yourself internally.

If Conor McGregor wasn't sure about his fighting ability, his demeanor would look a lot different than the guy that said he was going to rip heads off and in turn people wouldn't have much belief in him either. Part of what made him great was not only his actual fight results, but his utterly locked in unapologetic confidence before the fight that made you think, "this dude is going to get another knockout, isn't he?"

Women and humans in general are pretty damn good at picking up on the vibe you're projecting and if you're really about the thing you say you are. By approaching, you are taking an action that says you are confident enough to attempt to get with this woman, but your mentality isn't congruent with that and is saying you're out of place and don't belong here. People are going to pick up on that even if they can't articulate it into words. It's a feeling.

You need to re-condition your mind, and in the moment learn to switch off your brain even for a few seconds and take the action with absolute boldness and comfort in who you are as a human being. I'm not saying strut up like McGregor and have some overly macho personality that isn't you, but I am saying that you need to learn to say "fuck off" to the thoughts that are saying you are a creep, and start to think about the fact that you are a human simply talking to another human and that is what humans do. It is perfectly normal and fine, assuming you're not doing some overtly weird shit like touching someone, saying 'hey baby I noticed those nice tits,' or being a dick -- obvious things.
