10 girls in a year is way to little, you probably are very awkward and nervous from lack of experience. When you are trying to gain experience in flirting, you could easily be approaching 20+ a week. And remember to reflect on what you did well and what you did poorly on each interaction.

Shave your head. Age gracefully. All that other crap you do at the gym or how much money you make doesn’t matter when you are visibly uncomfortable and low confidence because you aren’t right with your inner game.
