I'm 35 & was married for 9 years since I was 25, so there's probably some things that have changed. On Tinder, l've got my age shown as 28 (I can pull it off). I'm a decent looking dude, 6'2", 230 lbs, around 18% body fat (I've got a shirt on in all my profile photos). I'm not saying I'm Prince charming, but girls (7's or better) do sometimes open me on Tinder /POF/Bumble. Got a search radius of 40 miles & acceptable age range of 18-42. There's about 600000 people who live inside that radius. In the last 9 months I've got about 200 matches (I could definitely use some better photos & profile /bio). But it's not the number of matches I'm dissatisfied with. It's that of that 200 matches, I usually get replies from 65 - 75% of the girls I open. About 20-30 led to phone numbers, which led to 3 dates & only 1 bang. Anybody else have such low conversion %? I'm not good at conversation with new people, especially over text. Tinder started as a hookup app, but a lot of girls use it to date, so I find it very difficult to gage their intentions.

The first 2 dates were with girls who I could have banged but weren't my cup of tea (especially the first one) The 3rd one is a 20yo, Looks-wise she's a 7.5-8 I'd say. She actually opened me & we fucked on the 1st date (she said that she thought I look 22). Met up with her a month later & fucked again. She told me that I was the only guy who made her orgasm (wasn't really sure I wanted to be proud of that). She also told me about another dude in her life, so I figured she's not loyal enough to pursue a relationship with, but I could keep her around for FB/FWB. She called me a couple times after to hang out, but no dice because of logistics. The 3rd time we met up, just kissed (she leaned in for it) & said she'd text me (she hasn't). I Haven't called /texted her in the 2 weeks since.
