You can find a fairly decent amount of videos by going on youtube and just searching with a targeted search like "in field PUA".

Privacy. And regular rejection (Most dudes would just show the successful approaches anyway.) And time. And money. And a crew. (Having the camera-person far away enough to not be seen but still being able to pick up audio would require you to get special/hidden microphones.)

I know one sedditor who recorded audio through his smartphone earphones for his FRs (the At the Dry Cleaners one and the How to Get A Date in Day Game one).

Check out urbanist game on Youtube. I think he also has his own website. It's a guy based in London who has recorded tons of street approaches and the best thing is that he shows all of his blowouts as well.
