I used to apologize to girls. If I made them upset or they got upset because they were being flakes, I was always apologizing to release the tension and avoid conflict. I hated conflict. But then I realized the benefit of constructive tension. Saying sorry releases so much tension that the argument and the situation that created it no longer has any value. By not saying sorry you are maintaining some of that valuable tension that creates attraction. When you say sorry, you are being submissive to the woman. Woman aren't attracted to submissive guys. When you say sorry, you are giving her permission to repeat that situation all over again. When you say sorry, you empower her to use everything that was said against you during the next argument. Don't you dare say sorry. Instead you talk around it, you tell her you understand why she is upset, you can even say that you could do better with situation xyz next time, but don't ever ever say "I'm sorry" to a woman again.

Unless you banged her sister, mom, or best friend.
